Notes:

Data from Clearbird
Like all the Scn procedures on PaulsRobot, these questions have been taken from Clearbird's online Road to Clear. His L1C is here, and Rudiments are here.

Rudiments and L1C
This is a temporary access pathway to Rudiments and the full L1C, more or less as a demonstration although it should work properly. Except for (1) the list handling option on Q1, and (2) the general PaulsRobot "Don't want to continue" and troubleshooting procedures. Number (2) is available to anyone who has registered an instant free account here. The other one will be available when they have been completed.

Audio
Most people find it helps to have the audio on, as it makes it seem more like a regular session.

Set-up your screen
This page is the quick option that assumes you are familiar with the session set-up procedure and bypasses all those details. In case you skimped on this and are just winging it (not recommended at all but it happens), make sure you have this PaulsRobot window reduced to the right two-thirds or three-quarters of your computer screen and a text editor like Notepad open in another window in the left one-third or one-quarter of your computer screen. Alternatively, keep notes with pen and paper.

Set-up yourself; worksheet
Copy and paste the text in the "Write on Report" section into your text file in Notepad (or wherever), and make appropriate changes to the text such as your name, the date and time, and your topic. Really check all those listed points like "Well-rested?" against your current condition. If any of those seven "?" points are really Not OK, i.e., you are actually tired or hungry or not willing to follow the session instructions etc., then the session is likely to fail for that reason alone. If you want to check the full "sessionable" points, they will open up in a new window.

Save file
Save the text file! Maybe put it in a folder called "My PaulsRobot Sessions" and call the text file by the date and module, like "20100829_ruds" so the files will sort into date order. If it is the second session of the day maybe "20100829b_ruds". Save it occasionally throughout the session.

Other modules
Other PaulsRobot modules are generally available free of charge, including Core and R3X. There are links to these on the front page (Home). You'll need to have registered a free account to access these, but access is instantly available to humans.

Overall
These "Else?" points are about things that must be done right now in the physical universe, and if you don't get it done your attention will be on it and not on the session.
