This free Core 2.0 module contains the core aspect of most of the PaulsRobot modules, the Rub & Yawn 6-Direction General Procedure, surprisingly effective at discharging a wide range of stressful topics. As a bonus it also includes the Reach and Withdraw variation, useful:
- as an easy introduction to PaulsRobot, and
- for gently discharging traumatic topics that one can hardly bear to even think of.
