Notes:

"Be receptive to your Loved One" means be very calm and open and willing to accept communication of any kind from your Loved One. There is no mandatory time period for you to wait, but keep it somewhat balanced with the alternate poke command.

When you have done this, say something aloud, at least "Yes". It is not necessary for you to receive an actual communication in order for you to have executed the command, but you must have been willing for it to happen.

You can change between these seven contact techniques whenever you wish, but give one a chance to work before moving on.
